How My Journey Began

In my beginning, I wanted to serve people in the medical field as a Physicians Assistant. After walking along hundreds of young adults in my work and ministry, I realized my drive for health and healing is more holistic.

While working, becoming a mom, and finishing a Master’s, I have found the importance and power of sacred spaces for foster growth and healing. Let’s spend some time together, seek Jesus together, and process through your physical, emotional, and spiritual trauma. Together.
